Rumors have been running all over that Aishwarya Rai Bachan plays a cameo in Steve Martin’s Pink Panther 2 but now there is a buzz that she has much more to do in the movie and it would have never been complete without her. Speaking to a daily a source stated, “She is actually the one who steals the Pink Panther diamond, and in the end, Steve Martin finds out”. So the blue eyed beauty is the main villain in the movie. The gorgeous Aishwarya plays the role of Sonia Solandres, a criminology expert, in the film. She is part of the team of detectives who are trying to find the Pink Panther diamond. But in the end, Inspector Clouseau figures out that Sonia itself is the real culprit and no criminology expert.

The climax has a fight scene involving Aishwarya where she even tries some kicks to flee. But eventually, she gets caught and is put behind bars.
